The store was well laid out and very clean and organized. Jeffrey helped me pick out frames and he was sincere and honest with no pressure. I wear a narrow frames and it was the easiest and quickest I’ve ever found frames appropriate for my face. It was difficult to decide on one pair between the five that I absolutely loved so I ended up buying two pairs and paid less for those two pairs then I did for one pair elsewhere. Five-star store.

Todd was a great help! He genuinely cared that I chose frames that fit my facial features and were comfortable for daily wear. He found different style frames and explained what was different about them but gave me the space to make a decision. It was a low pressure and enjoyable shopping experience.

Excellent service. The Optician John was knowledgeable, helpful, and recommended a pair of glasses that fit perfectly with my preferred specs. I am very particular. I needed an extra large frame for my big head that was stylish and comfortable, a prescription sunglass lense that was best suited for golfing without being too dark. John knew exactly what I needed. He recommended the Flint frame with the sports lense in a rosewood, brown, or green tint. Glasses are amazing and competitively priced. I will be shopping there again. Mike H Warwick, RI

I enjoyed my experience at Warby Parker and purchased my eyeglasses there last year as well. I had a good idea of what I wanted and didn’t want, and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The Sales Representative was extremely helpful in choosing a style. I was going to buy 1 pair of glasses and when I mentioned that I had money in my limited purpose FSA that I would probably lose, he suggested buying 2 pair and there was a discount for the 2nd pair. He didn’t pressure me and it made perfect sense. The process is very easy and selection is varied.
