I came in because the nosepiece of my glasses came off. Steve replaced them and really cleaned my glasses too! He was so nice, I decided to buy sunglasses which he kindly helped me with and even fit them so they won’t fall off! Great clean store and super helpful staff!! I will come again

I was really excited to visit this Warby Parker location, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I was especially surprised because my past experiences with Warby Parker have always been positive. I’ve found their customer service to usually be friendly, welcoming, and helpful, so this visit was a major letdown. When I arrived, I was not offered any assistance with selecting or trying on frames. I had questions about my insurance, and the interaction felt very matter-of-fact rather than warm or customer-focused. While I was browsing, no one checked in with me, offered suggestions, or asked if I needed help. When another customer came in, both employees immediately shifted their attention to that person, and I was left standing there looking through frames on my own. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience felt far below the level of service I expected from Warby Parker. I left disappointed because I was genuinely looking forward to visiting this location. A little attention and a welcoming attitude would have made a huge difference.
The staff was so pleasant and helpful. They took their time with me and gave me their undivided attention. Awesome experience.
