I had an amazing experience at Warby Parker in Greenwich! From start to finish, the team made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Diane was incredible in helping me choose my frames. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and helped me find a pair that I feel genuinely confident wearing. Ammy did an excellent job taking my measurements and adjusting my glasses. They fit comfortably right away, and she made sure everything was perfect before I left. And Ansel for making the administrative side of my visit so easy. He handled my check-in, insurance verification, and check-out efficiently, and everything was explained clearly befofe my appointment. The Doctor, Dr. Kumar was amazing! She let me voiced what my concerns were and she explained everything perfectly. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend the Warby Parker Greenwich team if you’re looking for outstanding customer service and a great eyewear experience!

Dr. Kumar is wonderful! I was on the waitlist for an exam with her for a month- and it was well worth the wait! I had such a great experience—she was thorough, thoughtful, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. I really appreciated how clearly she explained everything and gave me practical advice to better care for my eyes. You can tell she genuinely wants the best for her patients. I’m so happy I found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for excellent eye care. And the whole team at this location in particular were exemplary- they were welcoming, efficient, attentive, professional.

I’ve consistently had a great experience at this location, and today was no exception. The optometrist is exceptional—both times I’ve come in for adjustments, she immediately knew exactly what needed to be done. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and truly made my day.
