Warby Parker - Natick Mall

Kate was the best! Went in at opening on a Saturday and was helped immediately. (It did get really busy quickly) What I liked about Kate is that she was focused on me beig able to see.... not just liking my frames. Once she knew what I liked then she went about finding a style for my unique situation. She was smart, warm, and efficient. She initiated my insurance as well. (this was a great perk as I was not expecting this service) Great experience!

Great experience here! I came in already knowing which frames I wanted, but the associate who helped me made the whole visit so much better. They explained the lens options for my prescription and recommended thinning the lenses, which I really appreciated. They matched my energy and made the process feel easy and genuinely fun. Customer service like that is rare… they deserve recognition (and a raise! 😜).

I’ve been shopping at Warby Parker for some time now. I’ve always had great experiences and this one was no different. The sales associate who helped me today was super knowledgeable and brought out frames that were not in the floor. They were a perfect fit and very different than what I’ve had in the past. I had hoped to be able to use my insurance and unfortunately they offered no discount. I will continue to shop here regardless. Thank you, Warby Parker!

Excellent customer care. Great experience. Associates service skills are best. In the past, I had experience with many establishments like Lense craft, eye spot and many high end online eye wear. By far, our experience at Warby Parker Natick Mall is the best so far. I also want to mention two associates Jenn and Kerry who went out of the way to help my wife. Stopped in Saturday night, the other optics place in the mall said I'd have to leave my glasses overnight, the young man in Warby Parker, found some used glasses and got my nose piece fixed in like 10 minutes or less, didn't charge anything. That is great service. Was certainly willing to pay, just wanted them fixed. Thank you. My glasses are like new again. If I lived around here , you would have a new long term customer.
