Warby Parker - Preston Park Colonnade

I was greeted by Emily immediately upon entering the store and she checked me in, answered my questions and assisted me in choosing the perfect frames. Emily was genuinely happy, patient and knowledgeable. Dr Le called me back at my appointment time and was thorough in my exam, explained the process, reviewed the retinal exam, discussed my eye health, asked pertinent questions and truly cared to take care of my eyes. Dr. Le is knowledgeable, sincerely kind and courteous. Michelle assisted me with my eyeglass order, patiently answered my questions, was kind and helpful and so nice to remember a discount on my order because I received my exam there. I don't have insurance but the cost of the exam, retinal scan and lenses in frames with transition, uv protection, scratch resistant, glare protection and blue light something or other was absolutely reasonable!! This location is clean, organized and so attentive and equipped with the latest technology for eye exams. Their entire team is focused and work together to take care of the client. Great experience and I enthusiastically recommend Warby Parker at the Colonnade in Plano.

Avoid if you need an adjustment—go across the street instead! My wife and I stopped by this Warby Parker location to get our glasses adjusted. To our surprise, the staff refused to help us simply because we bought our glasses elsewhere. I have worn glasses for over 30 years and have never once encountered a optical shop that refused a simple adjustment based on where the glasses were purchased. It has always been a standard courtesy in the industry. Instead of helping, the staff told us to go across the street to Visionworks at Preston Towne Crossing. We took their advice, and Visionworks took care of us immediately—adjusting our glasses without hesitation, despite the fact that we didn’t buy them there. That is the kind of customer service I’ve experienced my entire life as a glasses wearer. Warby Parker’s policy (or at least this location's attitude) is incredibly disappointing and anti-customer. If you want helpful service, save yourself the trip and just go straight to Visionworks across the street.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mostly I had a bad experience with another eyeglass company and wanted an optometrist that could get my prescription right and not worry about being late for lunch and doing an exam in 5 mins. I found this with Vivian Le she was very professional and after 30mins she had my correct prescription and explained everything thoroughly and answered and questions I may have had. Would recommend her highly even if it’s just for the exam.

The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses without ever making me feel rushed. They have a fantastic selection of frames, making it easy to find something I loved. I highly recommend this store for both their outstanding customer service and great selection!

Dr. Le was very pleasant, patient, and understanding of my preference for contacts.Sarah went above and beyond assisting me with verifying my insurance and explaining my benefits. Kayleigh was also very helpful with the selection process of my frames and she picked the perfect pair on the first try! I would highly recommend this location!
