Warby Parker -Reston Town

I recently purchased prescription sunglasses from this Warby Parker location and had a great experience. The sales representative who helped me was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. She completed my paperwork quickly and explained everything clearly. Since I couldn't find my glasses prescription while I was in the store, she reassured me that all of my measurements and information would be saved, and that I could simply upload my prescription once I found it at home and everything would be taken care of. The interaction was smooth and stress-free, and all of the employees I encountered were friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for prescription glasses or sunglasses. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had the friendliest, most efficient service at the Reston location getting my frames perfectly adjusted. With an Asian low bridge nose, my glasses kept lowering down my face. Karen's expert hands and years of experience adjusted my glasses so thoroughly that I no longer have to keep raising them. When good service is a dying art, I so appreciate the staff at Warby's in RTC! Thank you, good people!👍

This was my first time at Warby Parker, and I was so impressed. I wish I had been coming here for eye exams and glasses for the past several years. The staff were very friendly and helpful and advised me on how to get the most benefit out of my insurance. Eye exam was smooth and quick, and they had many varieties and sizes for each style of glasses. I went home from my eyeglass ordering experience genuinely happy for a change.

Karen and Louie were super helpful and patient as I tried on glasses and texted the family chat for feedback over and over. They made checking out a breeze and double checked discounts to make sure I got the most out of my insurance. Great experience.

I had a fantastic experience here over the weekend! The team was extremely helpful in finding and recommending glasses shapes that would suit both my face shape and my high prescription. They gave me specific frame types to avoid and shapes/styles to lean into so that I won’t end up with the coke bottle lens situation.
