Warby Parker - Southcenter

Staff and optometrist were very helpful, answered all questions throughly, did not rush my experience. Very sweet and attentive people working here. The office and store were extremely clean. I didn’t have to wait at all, I was taken before my appointment time. Very happy with the experience and outcome! I bought a year’s worth of contacts and a pair of glasses.

This was probably the easiest experience I've ever had ordering glasses. The process was quick, easy, no pressure, and no hassle. There was a good selection of glasses and all were reasonably priced. Lisa, who assisted me, was wonderful. She was personable and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very accommodating all while being efficient. I am very excited to get my glasses.

I came here to try on & potentially purchase frames. First of all, the staff was so friendly and helpful with the selection process and pricing pairs out with all add ons/options. I can’t remember the associates name (pretty sure it starts with a C), but he was super helpful & friendly. Though I ultimately didn’t end up purchasing anything due to insurance covering elsewhere, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this location & consider it for exams/frames!

Same day eye exam called in for appointment request at 4 pm was in by 5:15 pm on a Saturday. The prescription was more accurate than last place I went to. Eye examiner had good bedside manner. The exam room has up to date equipment. The Seating was comfortable. The whole process felt very streamlined. Eye exam didn't take long to complete. I Didn't feel rushed.The staff was very friendly. I ended up exiting store feeling very satisfied with the purchase of my exam, glasses, and accessories(eyeglasses case). I bought a very cool, and unique dual pocket eye glasses pouch. It opens on both ends to hold two pair without scratching each other. Its not bulky like most glass cases. Very Happy. Thank you Warby Parker Southcenter Mall, in Washington.

WP accepted my insurance online. The associate I was paired with, Ceana, was concise, thorough, kind, listened, was positive, had the answers, moved right along, reassuring, and impressive. I had come prepared, she was prepared, I was out in less than 20 minutes. I was impressed and grateful
