Warby Parker - Studio City

The gentleman who helped me out yesterday, Jahmel (I believe) was absolutely amazing. He was so understanding and incredibly helpful. I came in for an adjustment on glasses I received from an online order and he made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I left. He never once made me feel like I was being picky about it or a burden. The guest service he gave is unmatched and I told all my glasses wearing friends about him and Warby Parkers incredible service.

The staff at this Warby Parker is incredible! Everyone was so kind, patient, helpful, and friendly! Dahlia and Kalob helped me combine discounts, rebates, and my insurance benefits in the most effective way possible to maximize my savings, and when I wanted to make a change to my order, they both helped do it all again, even though Kalob was on break. Dr. Vivian Kim and the woman who assisted her (didn’t get her name but she had awesome pink hair) were great too- I felt comfortable and heard during the whole exam. Thank you all for your help and time!

I was a bit skeptical of Warby because I had a less than ideal experience there on a previous visit. A good friend of mine advised that I try Warby, then another friend confirmed the ease to which they are able to purchase multiple frames, so I had to give them another try. Boy was I amazed. Braiden was an outstanding sales person. Braiden took their time helping me to pick out several styles and color variations. Braiden walked me through the sales process, validated my insurance and fixed the claim for the reimbursement. The entire process took less than 30minutes. I purchased a pair of glasses with everything that I need, while also having a third contingency pair, just in case. The salesmanship was off the charts. I will most definitely be shopping here in the future.

Great place to get new glasses! I ordered a pair after coming in person and all the staff were very helpful. Shipping was super fast, but once I received the glasses, I realized the fit wasn’t right for me. I returned them in store and was assisted by the lovely Jillian who went above and beyond, going back and forth with giving me options to try on until we found two frames that best suited my face. She made me feel so comfortable and excited (even when I was being indecisive), and the experience was made great because of her. Thank you, Jillian!

I am so happy with Warby Parker in Studio City. The doctor gave me a thorough exam and was so thoughtful, giving me time to make sure I picked the right answers and answering all my questions. She was super nice too. The people at the front were very helpful and also incredibly nice. One of them help me choose between glasses because I'm horrible at picking them out myself. But beyond that, it felt so friendly there. It felt like going to a shop and finding out a friend of yours works there, only I didn't know this friend yet. Also, prices are good and the glasses are nice. This is my third time going in a row going to Warby Parker, ever since a friend sent me there because he loves it.
