Warby Parker The Fashion Mall At Keystone

My spouse and I have typically gone to the Clay Terrace store near our home, however, when hearing that Jess is now at The Fashion Mall on Keystone we went there. Jess has consistently treated us with kindness, professionalism and has superb knowledge in fitting prescription lens and frames as we have sensitivities that can be challenging. She is excellent and the staff at both stores have been very friendly and helpful. Jess is exceptional and is deserving of her promotion!

I enjoyed how easy Warby Parker was previously, but today I was so happy with my experience. The staff member (didn’t catch his name, but wore wire aviator frames) was SO helpful. I wasn’t even in the store for 30 seconds before he was like “okay— these will look great on you…” and they really did look great. I tried on a few other pairs with his very helpful and honest tips— but bought the first frames I tried on that he had suggested. Very easy. My preteen was very thrilled the whole process took less than 15 minutes!

I always have a positive shopping experience when I shop at Warby Parker. I love their selection of frames. I appreciate the help that you get from sales associates. I did not realize that they are included as a covered provider with so many insurance plans! Highly recommend!

Warby Parker has been my go to store for over a decade, purchasing my first pair at the flagship store NYC. Customer service is at the top and the price is unbeatable. Competitive add ons and filling out of network insurance can be handled in store. Mall location is easy with good parking. My 6 or 7 pair from Warby ordered today and I can’t wait!

The whole process was streamlined and went very quickly. Optometrist made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns and discussed things with me in pretty good detail. Staff is friendly and professional, was worth the almost 1 hour drive to the nearest store. Will definitely return in the future.
