My glasses were having some clicking issues at the joint. The kind staff at this location took care of me by getting me new frames and meticulously adjusting my new glasses to my preferences. A+ customer service, super friendly, took care of me. Would recommend this brand and this location to all my friends and family. Julian, Debbie, and especially Jacob all rock!
Fantastic experience at Tge Westlake Promenade store today! Emon helped me choose my glasses..she was wonderful- great selection and large fresh inventory compared to other eyewear stores. Prices are very good! I’m excited to see how many glasses come out as I added tints to each pair!
I had a very pleasant experience getting an eye exam and picking out new glasses at Warby Parker in Westlake. The staff is very professional and the lady that did my eye exam was very nice and explained everything to me and allowed me to ask any questions I had. I had an appointment and they took me right on time. The store has a large selection, the prices are reasonable and having owned Warby Parker glasses already for the past year I can vouch for their quality. I have found them to be very durable. My whole family uses Warby Parker and I highly recommend them. I am not affiliated in any way with Warby Parker, this store, or anyone working there. I am just a happy customer.
I went in without an appointment, to pick out some new eyeglasses, and the whole experience only took about 15mins! Granted, I had a style already in mind, but the swiftness of the staff was amazing. They even submitted my out of network insurance for claim for me, and let me know how much of a reimbursement I would be receiving from my insurance. The store was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even fixed a pair of glasses I sat on last year!
The most pleasant shopping experience I’ve had in a long time! The store is clean and organized, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention a huge selection of stylish glasses delivered free straight to your door. They also sell contacts and take insurance. I’m a Warby Parker shopper for life!
