Warby Parker - Twelve Oaks

I hadn’t purchased glasses in over a decade. This was my first time selecting glasses at Warby Parker. I’m in my “paying a lot of money for designer glasses is ridiculous” era. The associate who helped me is David. He was knowledgeable and helpful in my frame selection. I must have tried on 10 different frames three times each. David did not follow me around the store or pressure me to make a decision. Instead, he was just the right amount of attentive, should I have a question or need helping picking the right pair. I went with the Monica medium frames. Love them!

As a newer glasses wearer whose vision decided to go downhill right around 50 (rude), Warby Parker Twelve Oaks Mall has been a great experience from start to finish. I was here yesterday for my second eye exam and second pair of glasses (first visit was in 2023), and once again the staff was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. There’s a wide selection of stylish, high-quality frames at fair prices — including solid options for those of us who need extra-wide frames, which isn’t always easy to find. Huge shout-out to the optometrist, Dr. April Salvador. She was fantastic — warm, knowledgeable, really listened to my specific needs, and made thoughtful, personalized recommendations instead of rushing through the exam. The store itself is very clean, easy to get to, and well laid out. The Warby Parker app also deserves credit — scheduling, accessing prescriptions, and managing everything is incredibly easy. My entire family uses Warby Parker, and after another great visit, that’s not changing anytime soon. Highly recommend.

The associates at this store are so helpful! I asked for their opinions as I tried on multiple pairs of glasses, and it felt like shopping with friends. Whitney helped me with my final purchase and made sure everything was just right. Overall, I had a great experience!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly, helpful employee…Sara. Next, right in to see the doctor (Marc), who is friendly, informative and puts one at ease. Then ALL the help I could ask for, and then some, when looking for the right glasses and fit AND cost. Sara, Mia and. Whitney helped choose the best look for me, adjusted my old pair, helped get me the best price, since I don’t have optical insurance. I can’t imagine wanting to going anywhere else. Warby Parker Twelve Oaks Mall was easy to make an appointment and a quick drive away.
