We got our prescription glasses and sunglasses from here. The staff are very friendly and communicative. I had issues with the sunglasses and they ordered a new one making sure that they got the measurements correct the second time. We’ve been pretty happy with it so far! We’ll definitely be back the next week need glasses. I prefer getting my glasses from WP over any of the in network or lenscrafters (i’m with VSP) stores. The pricing is very transparent, and for the same quality we get cheaper glasses here. They even submit the reimbursement form to VSP for you!

Great Warby store, highly recommended to any new or long time WP customers. They always have great selections and they always keep their vintage collection on stock if needed. They are great at offering different selection and options for being able to pay for glasses. The only gripe I have is their need to have an annual update on glasses; otherwise, they will not let you get new frames.
Thank youuu! I got to get new glasses and try on some, I love Warby Parker
I’ve had mixed experiences with Warby Parker. My first pair of single-vision prescription glasses was excellent—great clarity, comfortable fit, and overall very good quality. I was happy enough with that experience that I came back again. Unfortunately, my experience with the progressive lenses was disappointing. The frame quality did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price (around $600). To make matters worse, the glasses arrived with a broken leg, which was surprising and not something I expected from a brand like Warby Parker. That said, I want to highlight the positives as well. My single-vision glasses have continued to perform very well, and because of that, I purchased another pair yesterday using the same frame. Also, the store associate who helped me yesterday was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, which made the in-store experience very pleasant. Overall, Warby Parker does a great job with single-vision glasses and customer service, but my experience with progressive lenses and frame quality fell short of expectations for the price. I hope quality control improves, especially for higher-end prescriptions.
I was desperate to have my eyes examined after experiencing sudden, persistent onset of symptoms of high concern for profound visual consequences. Warby Parker offers easily accessible weekend appointments when time is of the essence.
