Visiting this eye doctor office was a very good experience. I saw Dr. Jeffrey Mellor. The receptionist, the man who ordered glasses with me and Dr Mellor, himself, were competent, friendly, listened well and the atmosphere overall of their office was excellent. I will continue to come to them for all my Eyecare needs! Thank you for your excellent service and help!
Of course my son got hit hard in the eye just before the Dr's office closed for the weekend. I called because of the positive reviews and I was NOT disappointed. The staff was immediately helpful, knowledgeable and stayed after hours to treat my son. They went way above and beyond and answered all our questions. They treated my son with respect even though he was a little nervous and talked him through everything. We didn't leave the office until things were stable and we could manage at home. The followup has been wonderful and I would 1000% recommend this office!
Wish I'd known about this place sooner. They have a good selection of eyewear. Super friendly, knowledgeable and great customer service. We have been looking for a new optometrist for years and are now so happy to have found a solid place.
As usual, efficient and friendly! Sensitive to my Sr Medicare budget and personal opinions and styles. My bill came in under my Medicare amounts, and I love my new glasses!!
Dr. Mellor was great!! He was extremely patient with me when teaching me how to put in contacts. And he was very thorough and answered all my questions. Bree at the front desk was great. She was quick to great me and helped me pick out some glasses. (Which I hate doing so it was nice to have a friendly person to help). The office was clean and the wait was short. Lots of glasses options.
