Excellent service. Everybody in the Watts Eye Associates I've met is pleasant and professional. I have purchased 5 (or more?) pairs of glasses from them and have an eye exam every year. No reason to go anywhere else. Any time I need fit adjustment for my eyeglass frames - no issues, just stop by and they will fix it for free, they want you to be happy with glasses they sold you. Highly recommend.
I've been going to Watts Eye for about 10 years, and I've always had a great experience. Sarah and Rick are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. Dr. McDonald is knowledgeable, thorough, and does a great job explaining everything in a way that's easy to understand. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. After all these years, I can honestly say I highly recommend Watts Eye.
What a great experience at Watts Eye Associates in Newburyport Mass. AbbyGail was the one working with me and she was absolutely fantastic! She was nice, knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried on many styles. Highly recommend this place!!
Everyone was very nice and thorough. Maddie and Dr. Kristin are very personal while getting to the matter at hand and providing great explanations to all the tests performed. I feel very confident of my eye health updates which is especially important to me as I have a lazy eye which leaves me legally blind in that eye so that the other eye is of obvious importance.
I’ve been a patient of Dr MacDonald for decades. He takes so much time explaining every exam and finding. He is a problem solver, kind, thorough and always willing to answer any question or concern. The entire staff is super helpful and the office is always professional and runs really smoothly
