The Debit Card Readers at all checkouts never work appropriately. Takes longer to check out, than to shop for my items. Store Manager won't replace or upgrade them. Chip Readers would be far too much of a convenience for the customers to think about doing something like that. But that would show they care, and they can't have that.

Walmart needs to tear down this store and build a new, larger store here in Danville. This store is dirty, disorganized, the shelves are always half empty. There aren't enough choices to select from. The employees are mostly younger, and seem more interested in socializing with visiting friends and other like-age employees. I only come here because I don't want to drive up to Lexington to a nice location and Danville doesn't have any competitive stores for general merchandise. I'd rather get my groceries at Krogers, even though they are a bit more expensive.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart in Danville, KY. The level of customer service from team lead and supervisors was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. When I attempted to resolve my issue, the team lead and supervisors did not take the situation seriously and offered no real solution. Imagine if they owe you $4,000 and are like “oh well!” Customers should expect better treatment and accountability when shopping here. I hope management or corporate reviews this situation and works to improve staff training and customer service standards at this location.

Great Wal-Mart…my favorite thing is electronics, they actually sell gpu’s and computer parts. Very nice store!

It was fairly well stocked although it's not one of the super-sized stores. Employees were friendly and helpful. No problems.
