My son is a student and as a first time contact lens wearer received amazing service and support. The doctor and staff were patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend if you need an optometrist and a staff who cares.

I really like this clinic. Everyone was so nice. I saw Dr Tisdale, and he was very kind and helpful. The place had a great atmosphere. Id definitely go back in the future for my eye care needs. I appreciate everyone there.

So I called the week prior to my appointment to make sure that insurance would cover yearly exam and my daughter getting glasses. This was after a text I got saying its time for her yearly exam. I spoke to someone a few times about it and was told it would and on June 25th I went in for my daughter's appointment and was told she did not qualify on insurance to get new glasses. I got frustrated because I drove an hour from Sayre to come and had called before hand. My daughter's glasses had been broken a few weeks prior. The receptionist I dealt with that day was rude because of my frustration and basically had a well idk what to tell you attitude. I was clearly upset but I didn't just go off and I did voice my concerns. They also thought she had already had her yearly exam and I was like no its been a year sense she has been here. Anyway I wish I knew names but had a really sweet blond woman about my age, end up helping me and got my daughter's glasses that broke replaced by warranty. I was glad that she found out they are still under warranty. I appreciated her. I then found out she qualified for lenses and purchased a frame that day so she would have a second pair of glasses. Dr. Smart was fantastic, my daughter loves him! Well I called yesterday after receiving a text saying her glasses were ready and they said they are and I told them we would be there to get them today. I go in today and the receptionist tells me that the area to pick up glasses is closed. I got frustrated again because once again I drove an hour and called ahead of time and then she gets an attitude again because I tried to explain I called yesterday and drove an hour. Then she tells me after all that, they will open in thirty minutes. I go back in after 30 minutes and they were busy but the attitude was still there and shes like you can sit over there. Im like where? So I sat and waited and then a woman comes out and is like we will have to look at her insurance. Im sorry, come again? I paid for the frames and a claim should have been submitted for the lenses she got. She qualifies for lenses once per year and lenses and a frame every two years. At least thats what I was told on June 25th plus she also has soonercare. Anyway she's all like I'm not the one that helped you last time and we are short staffed which I can sympathize with but how is that my issue? Can you not look at my account? I tried to explain my initial frustration and she told me she is legally required to have a lunch hour. Well I had no idea she was at lunch. I was just told that they were closed and after I got frustrated and was like we drove an hour here, I was told that they would be back in 30 minutes. I tried to explain to her why I am annoyed and she soften and was nice after that. My thing is the way you treat people matters and had things been explained to me instead of with a careless attitude on both occasions because of my frustration on driving an hour there and an hour back home and being treated crappy both times by receptionist and basically told one thing and then another thing, then I probably would not have gotten upset. Seriously considering pulling my daughter from Weatherford Eye Care because no one wants to be treated that way as a customer and its unfortunate because I really liked the doctor and the woman that helped me. The woman that helped me on June 25th is on vacation. My whole point in leaving this review is that your customers matter and the way you treat people matters. While I sympathize with staffing issues and stuff, I don't feel that justifies my encounter on both appointments I came to. Those issues should not be put on the customer! I was just there to get my daughter's glasses and go on my way. Thanks!
