I went in to pick up my sunglasses. Jessica was so positive, friendly and helpful. Not only did she help me “fit” my new sunglasses but she helped me straighten out my normal eye glasses and old sun glasses. I never felt rushed and I felt so appreciated as a customer.

I’ve consistently had great experiences with Webb Eye Care. Every team member I’ve interacted has been knowledgeable, kind, and patient in answering my questions. When I experienced changes in my vision, they took the time to walk me through several options and helped me choose solutions that aligned with both my insurance and my budget. Jenny, in particular, was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and thorough in addressing my questions and concerns. I left my appointment feeling confident and well-informed about my choices. I highly recommend Webb Eye Care for all things vision.
I was treated very kindly from reception to tech to Dr. I was very pleased with their patience, knowledge and expertise. I finally found the eye doctor that I want to go to continuously! Great place. Highly recommend it!
Worst experience at an eye doctor ever. The doctor made my wife and kids so uncomfortable. After the appointment, the doctor kept refusing to give my wife the pupilary distance for my daughter so we can order through Zelle because they have an "Ecomony Program." So you want us to pay for pictures that are not needed, not optional and not covered by insurance, want us to pay for $50 glasses marked up 400% and want to withhold information and shame us for needing it to buy affordable glasses just like one of your employees has to do. Scottsbluff will be well worth the drive. Good riddance.
Recently they made the optional test , part of their standard care. You now get charged 42.00 per person extra and insurance doesn't cover it. (They charge insurance 110) And They Don't Tell you.. I heard from another family before I showed up for an exam, and said I didn't want it, so I cancelled my appointment, and told my kids not to get their appointment here. We're not paying for something we don't need or want. Good luck, with your new business practice.
