I am disappointed with my experience at this facility. The level of customer service was very poor, and I found the staff to be unprofessional and unhelpful. At one point, the staff hung up during a phone conversation, which was extremely concerning and showed a lack of respect and proper communication. The facility itself was not well maintained and appeared dusty, which did not create a welcoming or clean environment. Additionally, there was an issue with my prescription, as the doctor initially provided the wrong prescription information, which caused unnecessary concern and required correction. The examination itself felt rushed, and I did not feel that enough attention was given to my concerns. While the doctor was willing to spend time discussing unrelated topics, the actual exam experience did not feel as thorough as I expected. However, she was a sweet woman. Overall, this experience fell far below my expectations. I hope the facility takes this feedback seriously and works on improving cleanliness, communication, professionalism, and patient care especially with their customer service staff. I gave this facility more than one opportunity and it remained disappointing.
