AWFUL. Don’t come here. Came in for my scheduled appointment which was verified by an email from Dr. Ho’s office. I also received reminders. However, my appointment was not honored because according to front desk staff, it was “not on their schedule.” They blamed their scheduling computer system. Little to no empathy or professionalism was displayed by the front desk staff, and I was turned away despite showing them my email confirmation. I will not be back.

You will not be disappointed because she will always work to provide you with glasses and contact lenses prescriptions that are fitted to your liking.

Our family have all been treated by Dr Ho since we moved to Plano more than 10 years ago. She has given us very reliable and excellent advice and optometry services for glasses and contact lenses. We have never had any problems with her service in all these years. We cannot give a higher recommendation for optometrist. We would not change providers even if the price increased.
