Professional front desk and Dr Wentz is very good. I have been using them for the last 5 yrs and don’t miss going to big box stores for vision care. Love tha the people there know you and care about you, Kyle is great to work with insurance and does a outstanding job.
I have seen many eye doctors in the past 10 years. Wentz Eye Care is by far the best experience ever. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Dr Wentz is a 5 Star Optometrist. Thank you for the pleasant experience!!!!! Highly recommend.
You walk in and you meet friendly staff, very helpful. You never seem to wait long, but while you wait you notice that the office is very clean, upon meeting the doctor you notice that his office, and his staff are a direct representation of himself. He is nice, very well dressed from his shoes to his hair., polite, You can tell he takes pride in who he has and his work. I have been going there for years. Not one time have I had an experience that was anything but positive. I have learned he also did so much for the community. Thank you to the Wentz office. Family and staff for always providing a great visit.
The eye doctor was great but I wish the front was more personable. I wasn’t asked if I wanted AR coating or anything extra added to the glasses I ordered. But overall it was a good experience
Kyle and Tera were both very friendly and welcoming. Kyle stayed through her lunch hour to help me find glasses and was so knowledgeable about all of the options of lenses for my different needs at work and for general daily wear. I truly appreciated this! Dr Wentz explained everything throughout my appt and was not in a rush at all, and even collaborated with my medical doctor to figure out what I needed for my current eye issues. You definitely get the best of both worlds—small town service with “big city” technology. What a great experience!
