West Eye Associates

I went to this place because I live next door and it was convenient. Even more so when I found out they accepted my insurance. The best news is the ladies in this office are very friendly and I give them a 10+ on customer service. They have a real talent for matching you with the right frames. They are highly experienced and it shines through. I have been to other Optometrist Offices and I can tell you West Eye Associates is first class!

Terrible service. We will take our business elsewhere. We were hoping for a good first visit, but the customer service was atrocious. My spouse went in for a routine eye exam to get new glasses, and they tried to push additional tests on him even after he declined. The MA gave us attitude throughout the appointment, and we could hear her speaking negatively about us to the doctor in the hallway. When we left with his prescription, I had to ask multiple times what the process was because no one bothered to explain how to get the glasses. Then we had to ask someone to come help us in the eyeglass area so we could pick out frames. Again, we had to ask them to explain their process because no one seemed interested in being helpful or communicative. Overall, we received attitude from every female employee in the office. The doctor was nice, but that alone is not worth dealing with such a hostile environment. They need to fix the culture.

Very knowledgeable, professional and caring associates. Clean environment. I would highly recommend West Eye Associates. Dr. West is very thorough in his exams and does not settle for good enough when searching for resolution to vision issues.

We have had multiple, positive experiences at this practice, both with doctor's and staff. Its a gem of a practice for the Carlisle area and am very pleased they opened here.
