West Oaks Eyecare

The doctor was exceptionally thorough, patient, and detailed in her explanations. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and was both personable and extremely knowledgeable. The entire experience was excellent, from the receptionist who greeted me to the technician who prepared me for my visit with the doctor. Every step was handled with precision, care, professionalism, and kindness. It’s refreshing to visit a practice where you feel genuinely cared for rather than simply moved through an appointment. I highly recommend this practice and had an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

I cannot say enough good things about this optometrist and the exceptional care I received. As a first-time patient, I found myself needing a routine eye exam on a Saturday near the end of the day. After being turned away by several other offices that were either closed or unwilling to fit me into their schedule, this practice welcomed me without hesitation. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their professionalism, organization, and efficiency. Despite the short notice, they provided a thorough and high-quality eye exam, never making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care were evident throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was the kindness, compassion, and genuine concern shown by everyone in the office. It's rare to find a healthcare provider that combines such outstanding technical expertise with such a warm and caring approach. I highly recommend this optometrist to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. Their willingness to help when others would not, combined with their professionalism and outstanding service, left a lasting impression on me. I am truly grateful for the care I received and will gladly return for my future eye care needs.

I have been going here for years for my annual eye exam. They offer multiple options for taking photos of your eye and surrounding area. The doctors thoroughly review the results and explain the health of your eyes. They are also willing to let you test your contacts before committing and ordering more. I feel like Dr. Nguyen really knows my history and cares about me as a patient.

From the entrance staff to Dr Audrey Nguyen, they were all very nice, polite, friendly and professional. This will now be my new favorite place for my eye exam visit. Dr Nguyen explained everything in a very detailed way, for me to understand my astigmatism.

What can I say? My experience with Dr. Nguyen was nothing but wonderful! She was so thorough in explaining the results of my retina exam and answered all the questions in a knowledgeable yet caring manner. I have definitely found my eye doctor for life! 🤓
