The doctor was exceptionally thorough, patient, and detailed in her explanations. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and was both personable and extremely knowledgeable. The entire experience was excellent, from the receptionist who greeted me to the technician who prepared me for my visit with the doctor. Every step was handled with precision, care, professionalism, and kindness. It’s refreshing to visit a practice where you feel genuinely cared for rather than simply moved through an appointment. I highly recommend this practice and had an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

I have been going here for years for my annual eye exam. They offer multiple options for taking photos of your eye and surrounding area. The doctors thoroughly review the results and explain the health of your eyes. They are also willing to let you test your contacts before committing and ordering more. I feel like Dr. Nguyen really knows my history and cares about me as a patient.

From the entrance staff to Dr Audrey Nguyen, they were all very nice, polite, friendly and professional. This will now be my new favorite place for my eye exam visit. Dr Nguyen explained everything in a very detailed way, for me to understand my astigmatism.

What can I say? My experience with Dr. Nguyen was nothing but wonderful! She was so thorough in explaining the results of my retina exam and answered all the questions in a knowledgeable yet caring manner. I have definitely found my eye doctor for life! 🤓
