Dr. Pass and his staff serve with excellence! He was very attentive to my concerns and very knowledgeable. Having to wear glasses over 30 years I have never experienced a Doctor that pays attention to detail and he did just that. He went above and beyond. Welcome to Monahans, Tx Dr. pass I will be back. Dr. Pass was very kind and friendly. He listened and took his time to hear my concerns. No high pressure to buy glasses. Definitely glad I chose to try them. Took my insurance which was a big factor as well. Highly recommend!
Watch going here if you have Medicaid you'll end up owing for the lenses cuz none of the Medicaid pays for them and they don't try any effort into calling Medicaid and letting them know they don't offer regular lenses. No help I had to call Medicaid then call them back requesting them to send a paper saying these lenses are medically necessary for them to pay for them.Such a Hastle.
Dr Pass is amazing, the entire staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make the process run smoothly from start to finish. They are always patient with my little ones and have a wide selection of high end frames to choose from!
