I have been going to this place for my glasses and prescriptions for over 20 years and in that time I have never had a bad experience. Every single doctor and assistant and employee is exceptional at their job and care deeply about their patients.
I don’t know what their problem is up in here, why are they so defensive. I just walked out of there again without my glasses so they want money from me when the insurance company nalready said that they should not have charged me The guy today though was supreme rude and very awful. What kind of business is this? That was nasty , I mean horrible and disgusting Hell no I will not tell not even one soul to save their life about West u vision
I was having an issue with my eye and Doc was very attentive and evaluated the cause and got me the right medication and my eye is now back 100% highly recommended for any eye related issues

My recent visit to West U Vision was truly outstanding, thanks to the incredible team there. The office was impeccably clean, even the bathroom, which made for a very pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, Gene and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect pair of glasses and patiently explained the entire process, including understanding my prescription. Gene, in particular, stood out with his friendly demeanor, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Dr. Minh Lai was equally impressive. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of my eye exam, clearly outlining all my options. Her explanations were thorough, her suggestions were insightful, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend West U Vision for their exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable environment. It was a truly positive experience!
