Scheduling is a breeze. The staff is friendly and easy to work with, but the best part of WV Eye is the outstanding care provided to our family by Dr Sinclair and Dr Odekirk. They are highly knowledgeable and provide excellent service. I have every confidence that the care provided is the finest available anywhere.
I have gone here for a few years and have always been pleased. The staff have always been pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Heath is also very personable, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and provides great care. Overall, I am very happy with the care I have been receiving and I would definitely recommend this practice for eye care.
Had my first visit yesterday. It was great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. From the moment that I walked in I was treated as if I was the only person there. It was a joy to be treated that way instead of the usual “just another person in a long list.” Everyone was very personable. I wll definitely tell people this is the best place to go for an eye exam.
The front desk was exceptional, super friendly and helpful. The one who sells the glasses Angie was super rude, I was about to make my purchase but when she said like I already told you and I will tell you again i just took my prescription to another place. I don’t think I will return because of her.
WV Eye has been my provider for the past two years. My condition requires constant monitoring of my eyes. The doctor and staff are on time, no extended waiting. The doctor is thorough and explains his findings after my exam. I would highly recommend WV Eye for your eye appointments. I think it’s helpful to know and be assured that you will be seen on time and no waiting. Debbie
