The entire staff was friendly and professional — everyone I encountered made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I was really impressed by the high-tech equipment they use during the exam. It made the whole process feel modern and precise. They also took plenty of time to help me pick out the perfect glasses frames, offering great guidance and options that suited both my style and prescription needs. Whittington Eye Care is a great office. The staff is friendly and positive. They take the time to answer any questions you might have and don’t try to rush you out the door. From the sign in to the check out it’s a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend.

Whittington’s has always been a great experience. Everyone I have had contact with were kind, and the examinations were thorough and never felt rushed. I was able to find a frame selection I liked and, when I asked, the pricing with insurance breakdown was explained prior to ordering.

This establishment is GREAT. Dr Mark is a wealth of information and gives it in terms anyone can understand. If you have any questions he will answer them all patiently. The staff are so giving and personable. The eyeglasse side has knowledgeable staff willing to work with some of your issues. Replacement, adjustments and everything in between just a breeze. I recommend this place with 10 stars.
