Wilken Family Eye Care

I've been a patient at Wilken Eyecare for over 15 years. The doctors and staff are excellent - always caring, always professional. Both doctors are excellent but I almost always see Dr. Stephanie Wilken. She's sweet and thoughtful. David helps me pick out frames and he makes sure that I get the perfect fit. He always gives me great advice. I trust his judgement completely.

My vision has started getting blurry and I found Wilken close to home. I was super impressed by the service and the equipment --- state of the art! Dr. Wilken was also very thorough and answered every question with detail.

Dr. Bret and Wilken are great. Taking my son here for the last 3 years for annual check. Staff need to work upon. I hate their very long and time consuming online form to fill up at the time of booking online appointment. Even if the information remains the same - they expect returning patients to fill it up with illogical reasoning - do it every year. Well show the returning patient past year's data so that they don't have to hunt for that and keep on going down the line in memory timeline to waste time. Most of the time it's busy parents who are doing this work on behalf of their children - so if nothing is changed like address, primary care, health history - so why not an option of quick check-in or quick fill up and show them the form at the office and verify it? Time is the only resource which cannot be created back. Please don't kill time and be efficient.

These doctors have been taking care of my vision needs for 15+ years. My last visit was just as great as my first visit. I recommend Wilken Family Eyecare for all your vision needs.

From receptions, to tech, doctors, to opticians, every employee working there was super friendly and helpful. Everyone wanted to make sure I knew what was up with my eyes, and all of my options for frames and such. Can’t recommend them enough!
