This is the most professional and welcoming place. My friend recommended Wisconsin vision. I had the best experience. I met Payton, and I knew that I am in good hands. She was very professional and she helped me to find the best frame. Nobody in other optical places could do what Payton did. Every time I am in Janesville I know that I need to stop by, clean my glasses and talk to these amazing, caring people.
Dr. Christianson is very thorough and takes all the time necessary to ensure you get the most accurate prescription for your eyes. Mel is amazing! She is always able to help and ensures that I get the best fit for my eyewear. She makes sure the glasses I choose are the right glasses for the fit on my face. I am always happy when she helps me select my new frames. She is simply the best!! I consider her my own personal stylist. Thanks Wisconsin Vision!!
I had a great visit with Dr. Christiansen on May 15th. He gave me an regular eye exam and helped me with a contact lens exam as well. He was very professional, as well as very personable. I also had help for Mel H., who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and helped me navigate the difficulties of my vision insurance, so that I could receive the best setup for my money. I will continue to go back and see them both when I am in need of any vision care in the future.
I had a great experience with Mel when talking about my prescription, insurance benefits and ordering contacts. She explained everything and was so friendly and helpful. She was also able to adjust my glasses so they actually fit correctly. She was great to work with!!
Had an exam with Dr Christianson. He was really thorough and kind. I dealt with Mel H. at check in she was super nice and had my insurance in hand. After my exam, Mel explained my benefits and maximized my coverage while being cost effective for me. I will definitely be back.
