Jenny and Courtney at the Brookfield location were amazing! I came in twice to get a pair of Tiffany and Michael Kors glasses, and both times they made me feel like a top priority. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. They also told me about the free frame promotion, which was a wonderful bonus that I was able to take advantage of. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Huge shout out to Liz from the Brookfield store. My wife and I are currently looking to replace our current eyeglasses and Liz was EXTREMELY patient and kind. I had an incredible experience here. Courtney was very inviting and helped me pick out some seriously nice frames. And a set of prescription sun glasses. I have picked them all up now and they fit awesome and my sight is extremely clear. Quite a difference from a set I bought a year ago at a competitor. Vay? I believe was the optometrist and she was a sweetheart and exceptionally professional. Easy 5 star for me!

Had a great experience, my eye exam was great and I felt really confident about the rx given. I also had a great experience with picking out glasses. I've had issues in the past with the fit of my glasses and Callie S. explained how there are different lengths and was really helpful in pulling frames for me. I am really happy with the glasses I picked out. I really appreciated all the help and highly recommend this branch.
