I give no stars. I haven't had my glasses for a year yet. They keep falling apart. They charged me $40 just to replace it. Went back a couple months after, because it happened again, they told me I can buy the same frames for $40. Didn't make any sense. I put my glasses on this morning, and the other arm fell off. Im not hard on my glasses. They just fell apart in my hands. The girl who helped me was rude. She pushed me off on another girl. I called my insurance company to let them know about my experience. I do not recommend this place at all. Very poor service

This office LOVES to violate federal laws on if they give you, your eye prescription. When you ask the rude receptionist to get a supervisor or manager, she hangs up on you.

This place is very nice. Very clean and organized. Doctor is really nice and caring. Staff are very friendly. Choices of frames are plentiful and are a great value. As a new client I didn’t have to wait months to be seen. I walked in 15 minutes early and had no wait time. I love my new frames! I recommend this Wise Eyes. The only Con I have is they charge a Credit Card Fee on top of the total price of purchase. I will go back and have recommended them to family.

I miss Dr. Howard. Will never go back here again. My daughter had an eye appointment here today to get her eyes checked. It was to be an exam for both glasses and contacts, as well as a requirement for her to get her learners permit. Dr wouldn't do a contact exam.....no explanation as to why, just said she would do one. Then, wouldn't fill out the papers for the learners permit because " they didn't have the right equipment." I told them I understood that but could she at least fill out the part that she could and attach the eye exam results as requested. She said she wasn't able to do that either. I thought maybe my personal experience with her the last time I was in was a fluke, but I guess not. She's the only optometrist I know of that would insist I get bifocals because I was having trouble seeing far away. I asked her "aren't bifocals for people who have trouble seeing close up?" She replied that they were, but I needed them anyway. She actually got angry with me when I declined to get them. Found out my issue with seeing far away had NOTHING to do with my eyes and I most certainly did not need bifocals. It's a shame. I love the convenience of this office and the ladies who work there are always so nice, but this new doctor is really something else. I found her to be quite rude, unprofessional and she acts like she can't wait for for you to get out.

I had an appointment for 3:30 PM. I walked in the door at 3:38 PM because the train held me up and caused me to be late. I called the office to tell them I was going to be a few minutes late because of the train coming through town and they said there is a 10 minute rule. I beat the 10 minute roll by a minute or two and they wanted me to reschedule. The doctor is very inconsiderate. I called corporate to file a complaint and they rescheduled me for an appointment very quickly at another office. I have no beef with wise eyes as a corporation but the Clearfield office is a joke. At least the corporate office made it right.
