I’m very torn to make this review because I have received incredible care from Dr. Wise herself but I’m incredibly frustrated with the woman who does the contact lenses. I believe her name is Melanie. After my appointment I asked for my contact prescription to order from Costco. I was told that my prescription wouldn’t be ready until the next day and they could email it to me. I called several times over a few days and could not get ahold of anyone. When I finally got ahold of them, they sent me my old prescription with a previous brand of contacts. I called back to get it updated and was told the only person who could update them was on lunch. Once I finally got her on the phone, she said she emailed it to me and I did not receive it. The next day I called back to ask her to resend it because it did not come through and Melanie gave me an attitude before she resent it. Once I finally received the email, she was rude and said “I just forwarded the same email.” As if I had any reason to lie to her. Today I called because my order is delayed and I will not have contacts for several days to see if I could come in and buy a sample pack or something. The office acted as if that were a possibility until she got on the phone and said “we don’t sell contacts” and rudely hung up on me. I’m very upset with the way I was treated and highly disappointed. Very much considering changing doctors which is such a bummer because I love Dr. Wise.
