Wise Vision Care Of Hoboken

This is a well run business overall. Service was professional, prompt delivery and easy to re order contacts. However, they screwed up my eye test twice with the wrong prescriptions. The drs are mostly quite junior and not very competent. I finally fixed it after visiting a more experienced doctor in Hoboken.

I came in with a frame that I had bought somewhere else and was missing a screw. John the technician fixed it for me free of charge, going the extra mile and making sure the screw will not get lost again, all with a smile and a lovely attitude.

First time at Wise vision & I must say, I was beyond impressed. From the moment I walked in , the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Later, I was seen by Dr Anthony Tran who in my opinion, is one of the best! The entire staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place

Jonathan at Wise Vision in Hoboken is seriously the best. Super professional, but also has a great sense of style and an artistic eye — you can totally trust him to help you pick out glasses that actually look good on you. What I really appreciated is that he’s not just trying to sell you something. He takes the time to go through your insurance and makes sure you’re getting the best deal possible. It really feels like he cares about helping you, not just making a sale. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re in Hoboken and need glasses or an eye exam, this is the place.

Outstanding service! The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and extremely helpful, even though I am not a regular customer and was only visiting the city for vacation. They assisted me immediately, handled everything very efficiently, and saved me a lot of time and stress. Truly excellent service! I highly recommend this optical store!
