Front desk is absolutely dis-respectful. Having to be caught up in traffic on a Monday morning and not being able to get in front of them for quite some time put me 11 minutes behind my appointment and they told me to reschedule. ALL Wolfe eye clinics have 15 minute leeway for arrival time I had 4 minutes to spare and it wasn't on purpose of being late. Don't forget we live in Iowa.

My left eye deteriorated from 20/20 to 20/70 over the summer mostly due to cataracts. Dr. Jepperson and his technician fitted with a contact lens that improved my vision to 20/30. Both are great people who improved my functionality greatly.

The staff is friendly and professional. The care providers are knowledgeable and skilled. I have had a great experience every time I have had to visit, even when it was an eyeglasses repair, which was done with the same friendly, professional, skilled care.

I suffered a serious eye disorder. Dr. Jeppesen and all of the staff empathized with me and have provided the help I needed.

The receptionists are so rude and unprofessional. They were eating loudly and complaining about everything while I waited for the doctor. They have such and impatient tone and overall unpleasant.
