I called this office with a simple question and was met with one of the rudest receptionists I’ve ever spoken to. The attitude was completely unnecessary, embarrassing, and extremely unprofessional. If this is how potential patients are treated over the phone, I can only imagine how patients are treated in person. Management should seriously address the way phone calls are being handled.
Doctor is very kind but the receptionist is very rude. She opened the lobby late and argued about it being open.
The receptionist was so rude to my mom. The place is outdated everything is broken and dirty. Dr. Renken is a sweetheart. I will never recommend anyone there.
Okay I get it. Maybe no one other than the patient is allowed to be in the waiting room, but they don't have to be rude about it. Walked in for the first time for my husband's appointment. Did not get greeted after i politely said goodmorning. Young lady in the front asked if I had an appointment and since I didn't she just said "oh she's going to have to step out" in rudest way. Definitely won't be coming back! Do not recommend it
wish i could give zero stars. unfortunately for the Doctor, his receptionists are destroying his business that he worked so hard for. She is so rude and acts like it’s an inconvenience to explain ANYTHING. all the reviews say the same thing and they are all correct. she is so disrespectful and i will be driving to bakersfield for future eye appointments.
