Dr. Nesty was great. However I nor my kids will ever go back! I've never heard of not being able to browse the glasses selection to see what you like. I can understand not touching them but not even being able to browse the glasses selection that they have to offer!?! His wife kept handing me ugly frames I would never choose. I wanted to look at the frames they had to offer and she said I quote, "We don't do that here. I'll pick out frames I think will work and youtey them on." NO MAM! This is my glasses, my face and I want to look to see what I like. Never heard of anything like this and that is very bad business practice. I'm not a child, I will pick what I want! Not dropping over 400.00 or more for someone else to pick what I'll be wearing daily! No thank you. 3 customers gone. And funny thing was I ran into someone at Walmart right after. Was telling her about my experience and she said Dr. Nasty wife? My jaw dropped. Yes! Yes it was. She said that's why I left to and She said she messaged the doctor after he asked her why she quit coming and she told him.... Your wife. I'll drive an hour and half away if need be. Ridiculous.
