Vision insurance changed and found this office which is 5 minutes from me. My 7 year old needed a back to school exam and it was a great experience. I’m moving myself and older children over. Thank you, team, for providing a great experience for my 7 year old.
I called for an appointment the First Lady was nice. The transferred me to a guy to take the appointment and when I started asking how it works and insurance he starts telling me about making another appointment another day, which boggled my mind. Then he gets an attitude and say I don’t know let me transfer you to somebody else. No one every gave me a chance to ask questions about how it works. I had tohe money for an examination. This just my first time. The lady got back on the phone and says we dint take that insurance and ther was the end of the call. All I needed was an exam. No I wouldn’t go here.
Great place. The Dr. is always kind and friendly. The staff goes above and beyond. She took the time to help me pick out frames, let me take as long as I needed to decide and helped me stay within my budget. Highly recommend.
