Wow! This was the second time I've been and I was impressed. Dr. Cart truly listened, asked questions, read my chart and notes that were transferred from elsewhere, and did not shrug away my pain. I am very grateful for the care and for the hope given!
They were able to schedule us in a timely manner. All of the staff were super nice, professional, caring, and helpful. Optometrist was excellent, thorough, informative, and definitely has a knack with children. It was a great experience!
Everyone was polite. Very informative. Answered all my questions. Explained everything in detail. The best eye doctor appointment experience I ever had!!! Highly recommend them. When the appointment was made they checked my insurance and told me what I would need to pay for on my eye exam. No surprises thank goodness. I was seen in the Ripley office and Dr. Cart was my eye doctor.
The young man running this operation is due to have a very long career. He has a good personality and even with the problems I had with my eyes I still have full confidence in this doctor. Just really good people working at this facility.
I used two offices for different reasons for my eyes and every time I interact with any of the staff on either of these they are nothing but professional and courteous and super friendly. They always go the extra mile. And have helped me in numerous situations. I cannot ask for any more from a wonderful group of individuals out there helping all of us each day.
