My first visit was outstanding, thanks to their prompt, highly knowledgeable staff, who eagerly answered all my questions. Their helpful referrals for additional services showed their expertise. I am extremely satisfied.
I was seen in a timely manner and the staff were professional and personable. I feel that I was given a thorough exam and everything was explained well. They have cool equipment that provides results quickly. Fortunately, my prescription didn't change much. I was not pressured to buy new frames. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Simply the best! First there is Our Beautiful Tiffany in the front, I love her, always a smile on her face and a warm welcome…I was having trouble learning how to put my contacts in! Those girls did everything to help me went above and beyond took us two hours but they wasn’t giving up on me, till we got it right… The Optometrist Sarah was amazing!!! Have been seeing Dr. Sarah Heath and the other professionals at the St. Albans office of WV Eye Consultants for several years. I have always had a great experience from checking in, the exams, the optical department, to checking out. All the staff are personable and very professional. I highly recommend the St. Albans office for your eye care needs.
