Not very receptive reception at front, the others were nice enoughi guess. Was 2pm so maybe they were not having good Monday. I wouldn't pay to return. Maybe if I was spending lots of money they be more friendly...maybe. I've had better experience in past. Don't know what was happening today, but was Not inviting.

My family has been going to this place for years. Today however the doctor wasn’t as thorough as usual. Came in with headphones on didn’t give an explanation of what was wrong or what to expect. But Courtney was very helpful and explained all the issues the doctor didn’t bother to go over. Normal this is a five star review. Hopefully the follow up visit will go better than today.
Wythe Eye Associates of Bluefield is a great place to get your eyes examined! Everyone is so friendly, and the exam itself is detailed and complete. You don't feel as if you are getting the bare minimum. My doctor referred me there. She uses them, too. I highly recommend them.!
Had trouble with the bifocals in my progressive lens. The practice Gabe me another eye test and sent my glasses for fixing...no charge in warranty. I like that they stand behind their products and are very nice.
We took our 7 year old niece and this is the first eye appointment since she was very little. She gets very nervous about new things and the entire staff was very, very patient with her. They talked her through everything that they were doing, explained things and answered her questions in a way that she could understand. When it came to picking glasses, she’s very picky and tried on about 10 different pairs. They allowed her to take her time and we didn’t feel rushed. Our entire family uses Wythe Eye Associates and we have all loved and appreciated our experiences.
