Highly recommend. Even after moving further away I still drive back to this clinic for my care. For one they have a specific day each week they will work late to accommodate those with different work schedules - love that option. They put effort into understanding your insurance and what options exist. The office looked through my changes when I got a new job and found a new option I had to save a ton of money on contacts each year.

I called this office specifically to confirm whether they offered a Humphrey 30-2 visual field test, as I needed it for a disability appeal. The receptionist told me they did, so I scheduled an appointment, along with a routine eye exam since I hadn’t been seen there in a few years. At the appointment, I completed what I believed was the correct visual field test and then met with the doctor. When I explained the purpose of my visit, she informed me that a different test visual field test was actually required. Fortunately, the technician was available and fit me in for another test. I was told the results would be sent by the end of the day. About an hour later, I received a call saying that after reviewing the state requirements more closely, the clinic does not offer the required Humphrey test. This was frustrating, as I had specifically asked about the Humphrey 30-2 when scheduling and was told it was available. I was informed they use a different test instead, which may not meet disability requirements. I still requested the results to support my case in any way possible, and they agreed to send them by the end of the day. By 5:10 PM, I hadn’t received anything, so I called to follow up since this is time-sensitive. The technician later returned my call and apologized, stating she had actually administered a test that measured central vision—not visual field testing. Although they did not bill my insurance, the entire visit was a complete waste of time. I am unable to drive, so my husband had to take time off work to bring me to this appointment. Overall, this experience felt extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location or the practice as a whole.
Got my eyes check out here (short, sweet, and simple), bought glasses under the impression I was going to have blue light protection, my glasses then got a manufacture defect after 1-2 months (cracking where the frames are screwed together). Got them repaired under the 1 time warranty you get here. Received them back, thought everything was fine, then I noticed that I did not have blue light protection anymore.... I tried to ask about what happened, I was then told that I was sold the wrong type of finish and that they would call me back after they talked to their manager. Apparently stuff like this has happened before; ordered under finish A, somehow I got finish B, so then when I got warranty work done, I was given what I "technically bought" (finish A) even though that was not what I asked for in the first place. It's been 3 days and I still haven't heard anything back, guess I'll just go throw $300 in the trash because it's now way past any date I would have been able to fix anything under. Thanks..... Half of the staff gets a bit rude when you have any issues (I also had issues with reordering contacts but it was more of an issue of trying a new contact brand for a week and hating them), the other staff is pretty helpful and nice. Update for the comment: they aren't doing anything to remedy this. They said they would call back around the time I left this review, it's been about a month or more now.
Diagnosed my issue quickly and followed up in scheduling specialist appointment and arrange for surgery the next day. Within 24 hours, my eye issue was Diagnosed and I was with a specialist and a surgery was completed within 24 hours of my appointment. Very grateful for the accurate and quick response. Best regards, Jerry
Editing my review from 2 years ago. Unfriendly staff. Went in to have my records sent elsewhere. I’ve been a patient for 20+ years. Before I knew that my Dr had left, I called the number on the website and left a call back number in order to make an appointment. Never got a return call. When I found out that my Dr had left the practice, I went in to have our records transferred. I asked to speak to the manager to tell her why we were leaving after 20 years. I told her that I never got a call back and she proceeded to lecture me that I should have called the office directly. Was not interested in my reason for leaving---very rude. I turned and walked out.
