Just ok. Expected the glasses to be fit to my face but receptionist just handed me the glasses and they said, oh they look great, bye. I had to ask to get them tightened but now they are crooked and still too big. Expected better service for the price. Seemed more interested in helping their regulars not a new customer. My husband didn’t even get that, he just got ‘bye’. Bye indeed.
I had such a great experience here! Dr. Pinal Dave was absolutely wonderful. She was very easy to talk to, down to earth, and made me feel completely comfortable during my appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Brittany and Gwen were amazing as well 💘 so friendly, helpful, and professional. The entire staff made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality care and kind people!
Overall my experience at this vision care location was useful and I found out the difference in price for using an out of network location, because I have apparently only used out of network locations before Yardley Vision. I honestly couldn’t figure out if I had included everything I needed in my eyeglasses, because the price was substantially lower for my new glasses. I felt like the doctor took time to listen about any vision concerns and I appreciated feeling heard. The staff were useful but this felt more like an assembly line and they needed to keep the line moving as I visited each station.
Really enjoyed my experience. The eye dr gave me a prescription that was really spot on and made my near and far contacts work their very best. The last dr I saw at another business gave me too strong a prescription and my contacts underperformed substantially. My vision is so much better now. Highly recommend!
First time visit this Eye Office, I must say Dr. Pinal Dave is good Optometrist, she thoroughly went over with me about my eyes, very informative and explained in great details, Extremely Helpful and Kind. would definitely recommend her as she did really care about patients and take her time to answer any question you do have.
