I highly recommend this office. Dr. Shams provided phenomenal service to me when I was having an eye related emergency. She went the extra mile to accommodate me, and made me feel calm and explained everything step by step. Dr. Shams took the time to listen to me and was very patient and genuine about my situation. She talked me through what was going on and was very thorough and kind during my exam. My issue was resolved thanks to Dr. Shams and I cannot give enough praise for excellent treatment and service.
