I recently came to Yorkville Eye Professional because of insurance and I’m so glad I did! They were wonderful. They took me at my appointment time, tested me and the optometrist saw me immediately. As a mom, I don’t have time to waste which I appreciated because they were so sufficient. Ordering glasses was quick and wonderful too! Thank you for a great experience!
If you’re thinking of going to another optometrist in the Yorkville area… don’t waste your time! You won’t do any better than Yorkville Eye Professionals! Their optometrist is a very friendly guy who got me squared away with a prescription for eyeglasses, and the exam was extremely affordable compared to other places in the area. But the real star of the operation is their optician Allison. She is super knowledgeable and helpful when I drop in to get something adjusted or ask a question. She even helped set me up with a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and gave me lower price than I would have paid online. Their warranties on lenses and sunglasses are very customer friendly and they don’t pressure you at all to buy something on the spot. The whole staff is personable and helpful, and really pride themselves on customer service (which is extremely rare these days). Thank you Yorkville Eye Professionals!
Got my glasses and didn’t wear them right away but when I finally got out of the house more often, I noticed that the prescription was off a bit. They fixed the situation right away, no appointment was needed and they took care of it without blaming me. They could figure out if it was the prescription or the composite of the glasses. The LADIES WHO WORK THERE ARE SUPER DUPPER NICE. The doctor is nice too but you are with the ladies more than the doctor.
After going to a well known local eye place and not being treated like a patient but more like a cash cow, we decided to give Yorkville Eye Professionals a try. We are lifers now. The staff is amazing, very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and not one to overcharge or upsell. Was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get in, how quick the appointment went and how quick my glasses came in. Being one who can’t see without glasses, I was so thankful I was able to stay in my budget easily and was able to have a straight forward answer given to choose what I could afford, not what would make them money. Highly recommend Yorkville Eye Professionals!!!!!
