Your Eyes

TLDR; Great doctor, sus front office. Dr. Feiten was great and through with my exam. However, her front office submitted a claim to my insurance company after I had paid for my exam at the time of the visit, which caused me to pay twice. When I called the office to understand why I was charged twice the guy kept saying it was my fault and to check with my husband's HSA for a refund. When I asked the HSA company they said the provider submitted a claim to insurance and them to send the money to the provider.

I ended up at Your Eyes last week when I was in town leaving for a cruise to Alaska, and I realized that I forgot all my contacts at home! Your Eyes was able to get me in for a contacts exam same day thanks to a last minute cancellation. They sent me on my way with a week’s worth of contacts and saved my trip! The doctor was amazing and gave me some great tips as well. Very thorough exam. Thank you so much!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Every part of the exam was clearly explained and all my questions were answered. Dr. Feiten and her staff were all very helpful and kind. The best eye exam ever!

They have recently moved to a new place on 4th ane lenora, Google took me to previous address. In general i had good experience. I did not get my prescription here, but they had a good range of frames to choose from, so i got my frame from here. They had a good selection and reasonable price. Once i picked my frame, it was time for choosing lenses, that's where my experience was not so good. It felt like they were just selling the best configuration of lenses they had and they did not explain or show the cheaper lens options. I had to explicitly ask for it. This is not good. Frame turn around time was a week, which was good.

I found Your Eyes when my provider stopped taking my insurance, and I couldn't be happier! It was a great experience and my new frames are super cute. Can't wait to pick them up!
