Dr. Manesh was great ! Smooth process and they have a very nice frame selection. 😀

My experience was very bad. They sold me a pair of sunglasses for more than 200$ (but one week later I found exactly the same one at 49$ on Amazon. And in addition to that she didn’t tell me the benchmark i bought wasn’t appropriate considering the thickness of my lenses (in the picture you can see). I felt so stupid discovering the real value and so disappointed for the final result 😕

This was by far the most distressing experience I’ve ever had with an eye doctor. Despite calling ahead for specific lenses, Dr. Mandana Manesh pushed every costly option, disregarding our needs. When we questioned the product, her demeanor turned shockingly hostile—culminating in her calling the police simply because we stood firm. No one should endure that. I urge everyone to think twice before setting foot in this practice. “I’m ok you sharing the information in this public forum! PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE, SHE CALL THE COPS ON EVERYONE WHO DISAGREES WITH HER!!!!!” SHE IS HORRIBLE !!!!!

Dr. Manesh is so amazing . I came to see her as an emergency stye appointment where they were able to see me the same day. I'm definitely coming back for my annual check up here. She explains things very well and actually gave me a maintenance plan to avoid my recurrent styes. Highly recommend her. The front staff is also so kind and patient as well, they've been so good with my special needs daughter who I've had to bring to my appointments.
