Zion Eye Institute

It was a remarkable experience. I absolutely love Zion Eye Center. I just had a cataract removal and it went amazingly well. The staff who prepped me were so professional and kind and made me feel so at ease. I felt extremely well cared for. Then when I went into the actual surgery, I was amazed that I was awake the whole time. Didn’t feel anything but was quite aware of what was happening. Dr Ahee is fabulous and would recommend him a 1000%.

I was running a little late and they still were able to see me. The staff is great! Susan at the front desk is was so warm and inviting. She is cheerful and always makes my visit enjoyable. Rudy was great! He was very professional and was easy to talk to. Dr. Hauck is The Best! He is my kind of doctor, efficient and down to business! He is very thorough and listens to me. Zion Eye is a great company!

I absolutely love Zion Eye Institute! Everyone is friendly, appointments are easy to schedule, and Julie at the front desk is always so helpful and welcoming. I have been seeing Dr. Edwards for years and think the world of him. He always makes me feel comfortable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and never tries to upsell me on treatments or services I don’t need. I trust him completely and highly recommend Dr. Edwards and the entire team at Zion Eye Institute!

Made an appointment with one Doctor, but was seen by a different person than the appointment was made with. Doctor did not want to write the prescription as my vision had not changed very much, but finally he agreed. He gave me the prescription. I took it to the vision center to get my new glasses and it was noted that the doctor had not filled in all of the necessary information. The vision center and I tried several times to call the doctor office to get the correct measurement number, but could only talk to robots voices. I waited for over an hour for doctor office to respond, but they did not. I called again requesting response, but no response. I called the doctor office the next morning and still never spoke with a person only a robot voice. I asked the robot to please sent the correct prescription to the vision center. Finally that afternoon, the vision center told me that they had just received the proper prescription had to drive back to the vision center the following day to complete my order for new glasses. I am very disappointed with the doctor office and the prescribing doctor. I'm not sure if I will return to this doctor office.

I can not begin to describe just how GREAT the Dr's and staff on bith sides of the offices truly are. I had a reaction to the med given to me for surgery and Dr. Denney and his amazing surgical staff were so kind, compassionate, patient, understanding and professional they all were. WOW. Every staff I came in contact with was so very nice and FUN! I would recommend to anyone. I am 62 yrs old I can see like a teenager now it's absolutely worth it. Thank you all.
