Ziva Optical Inside Pearle Vision

I have using my local Pearle Vision for many years, and have never been disappointed. My eye tests are very thorough, all my questions are answered, and the friendliness of the staff always puts me at ease. I have never had a problem choosing frames that are right for me, either, which adds to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this local business!

Mary and Geoff greeted us as soon as we entered. Then were efficient and successful when helping navigate the vision plan associated with my insurance. I am so grateful to them both for helping me get an affordable gorgeous pair of glasses. Five stars and 2 thumbs up

They’re fantastic! They offer great coupons and a wide variety of glasses frame designs. The doctor was incredibly kind, and my delivery glasses arrived promptly. I highly recommend them! :)

I got a scratch on my lens so I brought them in. The lens took a couple days to get but to have replacements put in it took 2 or three weeks because Pearl Vision only has one guy that that do the job. I received my glasses and I noticed after I left the frames were broken. I called right away and got them in. To get replacement frames it was weeks and weeks. They finally came in and again there is only one guy that works only Tuesdays and Fridays, both are bad because my job does not allow me to come in on Tuesday or Fridays. It took the guy two minutes to replace them. From start to finish it was 4 months.

Geoff was absolutely great to work with from start to finish. He was very polite, pleasant, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. He clearly explained my options, took the time to address my concerns about lens thickness, and gave me a realistic timeframe for when to expect my glasses, which I really appreciated. I’m extremely happy with the results of my glasses and lenses they turned out exactly how I hoped. Geoff’s attention to detail and customer care really stood out. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would highly recommend working with Geoff!
