Had a mishap and my dog scratched my Cornea. Theda sent me to Tower Clock and Ill just leave it as probably one of the worst experiences I can remember and that was just the receptionist. (And just a note to her, yes I do realize people need to eat lunch but it was 9am....thanks for the tip) So I left ..I needed to see an eye professional so I ended up randomly going to 1Vision SC. Pretty much a polar opposite. They were busy with people in waiting/lobby area, took me right in... Did there thing, super friendly, super professional, had a follow up today. Same exact experience. I would highly recommend them.

I had a good experience here. Everyone up front was very nice Abe friendly. Although, when I got taken back with Elizabeth she wasn’t very friendly. She was rude, didn’t explain instructions well, and made me feel stupid. The doctor was great, very friendly.

First visit Oct 7,2023. Excellent. Advised of early cataracts, new glasses, etc. 2nd visit Oct 8, 2024. Cataracts stable, minimal change. Quick vision check, not for new glasses, part of cataracts check. Next visit, 10-10-25 for full check and new glasses!

1 Vision SC is by far the best vision care in the Shawano area. I am super impressed with Dr. Nicole Wenman on her bedside manner, clinical diagnosing, and professionalism! Easy to make an appointment and efficient service!
