Shopko Optical 4304

Shopko Optical was a great experience for ordering new glasses. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Heather did a wonderful job of helping me select new frames and explaining all my options. Would highly recommend.

My elderly mother had a terrible experience at Shopko Optical in Shawano. First visit my mom waited in the store a half hour before anyone even acknowledged her. Then told her the lenses she wanted didn’t exist. Second visit to pick up her new glasses and they were the wrong prescription. On her third visit back to pick up the corrected prescription, my mom couldn’t see out of her new glasses. They told her she needed to get used to them and actually let her leave wearing them. My mom was fed up at this point and went to Eye Clinic of Wisconsin where the staff found Shopko had the new lenses on the wrong side. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Eye Clinic of Wisconsin staff switched the lenses around and made sure they worked for her for free. Terrible waste of time and money with no regard for my mom’s vision. Zero stars.

My wife broke her glasses frame while we were visiting from out of town. Diane was super-helpful and found a new frame that fit the lenses. It cost a bit more than I had hoped to spend, but considering that finding a suitable frame is a manual process, it was worth it for Diane's effort.

I’ve never had any issues with any Shopko Optical location, but this particular one has some STELLAR employees. Ann is fantastic , Destiney is great, but the one that stood out was Cherry! She is always such a bright and shining star and definitely an amazing human. Thank you ladies for the great appointment, especially Cherry!!!

Destiny noticed my line wasn’t sitting right in my glasses when I couldn’t see. She was caring, knowledgeable, and got my glasses remade correctly. I highly recommend working with her when you come to shopko optical.
